Smoothies are now a part of big city’s landscape not more than take-away coffee. The secret of smoothee’s career is, in my opinion, that it’s healthy and very fast at the same time. U can blend whatever U want, it depends on personal preferences about favourite fruits and base – it can be frozen yoghurt, juice, or even muesli or honey. Last but not least: serve it as quick as possibile, cause it need to be freshly made to save all goods of the fruits. I’m giving two recipes, one very simple and one more complicated and strange but – it’s a kind of magic – surprisingly nice. Both of them were watched in Nude restaurant, organic and fair-trade fanatic place, where I used to work for some time.
She’s a peach
1 scoop of peach
1 scoop mango
1 spoon frozen yoghurt
300ml orange juice
15ml lemonade
Łyżka brzoskwiń
Łyżka mango
Łyżka mrożonego jogurtu naturalnego
300ml soku pomarańczowego
150ml lemoniady
Wu-tang
300ml fresh apple juice
Some mint
1 lime squeezed
Scoop of pineapple
1 wheatgrass shot
300ml świeżego soku jabłkowego
Garść liści świeżej mięty
1 limonka
Łyżka mrożonego ananasa
Porcja świeżo wyciśniętego soku z trawy pszenicznej
